- We use India Post, Tirupati Courier, Borzo (WeFast) (Occasionally for Mumbai & Surrounding orders depending on customers requirement), and other trusted courier services for deliveries across India.
- Delivery times vary depending on your location, with a shipping time of 12 to 15 working days within India.
Once your order has been dispatched, we have no control over the courier’s movement. While we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners, we will assist you in following up and providing relevant contact details if available.
- Packaging & Safety: We take utmost care while packaging your jewellery to ensure it reaches you in perfect condition. However, as shipping is handled by third-party services, we are not liable for any loss or damage during transit.
- Shipping Charges: The shipping cost is determined by the volumetric weight and actual weight of the parcel, as per the courier company’s charges. All orders are sent via air shipping to minimise potential damage.
- Tracking Your Order: Once dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details. It is your responsibility to monitor the shipment and reach out to us during working hours if there are unexpected delays. Please allow 1-2 working days for us to contact the courier and obtain an update on your delivery status.
Order Processing
- Hand-Painted, Acrylic, and Floral Jewellery is made on order, requiring 10-12 working days for crafting.
- As each piece is handmade with care, there may be slight variations in colours, designs, or prints compared to reference images—this is the beauty of handmade craftsmanship.
