We truly appreciate your trust in us for your handcrafted, personalised jewellery. Each piece is made with love, ensuring it is as unique as your special moments.

Order & Production

  • Made to Order: All our jewellery is custom-made to your specifications. Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled, as we begin working on it immediately.
  • Handmade with Care: Since each piece is crafted after you place an order, we do not keep ready stock. We require 10-12 working days for production, so please place your order in advance to allow sufficient time for creation and shipping.

Quality & Returns

  • Quality Assurance: We take great pride in our craftsmanship and ensure that every piece meets high-quality standards. If you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or damage, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Non-Refundable & Non-Exchangeable: As our jewellery is customised and handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges. By placing an order, you agree to our terms and conditions.

Exceptional Cases

  • Delivery Delays Beyond Our Control: If a courier delay prevents delivery before your wedding day, we may consider a refund only if the following conditions are met:
    • The delay must be reported at least 2 days before the expected delivery date/event.
    • A digital copy of your wedding invitation must be shared within 15 minutes of notifying us.
    • The product must be returned to us, and return shipping costs will not be refunded.
    • Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Refunds for Damages During Shipping

  • To claim a refund for damage during shipping, you must provide an unedited unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened from start to finish, without any pauses or reshoots.
  • We conduct a thorough quality check before dispatching, ensuring every piece is in perfect condition. Therefore, returns or exchanges are not available for any other reason.
